「The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so...

「The room was hot when we arrive, the host moved us to another room, and the AC was working much better. The Pool is lovely but you can not eat or drink around the pool. $30.00 per day for a towel for the pool or beach. If you use the room towel at the pool you will be charged. Kitchen utensils was limited, no Frying pan or bread toaster. The staff was friendly and the facilities was clean.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing experience staying at Escarlet Hotel! Upon arrival, I immediately appreciated how beautiful, secluded and secure the property is making it an excellent choice for solo travelers while still being conveniently close to all the amenities. The property itself is beautiful, the pool stays warm throughout the day and night and the breakfast was great. My room was clean, cozy and comfortable and the staff were all very polite, welcoming and...

「The property was well kept, the rooms were clean, the views were stunning and the food was exceptional. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything the hotel had to offer. On the first night of my stay we had an issue with the shower and toilet in our room and after reporting the issue, we were relocated and upgraded to a superior room within 20 minutes.
