「My friend and I stayed here from 08/07-08/13 for a girls trip. We had the unfortunate experience of staying in room 201. The hotel was clean but there was a foul sewer smell that would enter from the vents around 9am in the morning. The smell was so bad that it made us nauseous. This lasted from 08/09-08/13. We tried calling the front desk but our room phone wouldn’t work. We had to physically go to the front desk to complain, in which we did every day. Although we complained, management came...

「Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. 」

「房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。」
