「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「A beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations! We travel to Aruba every year, and I wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked this hotel. After staying here, I’m glad we gave it a chance. The staff provided a fan, which helped, and we appreciated their effort to make us comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a much...

「The property coverall was nice though there were issues which affected our vacation.
1) Complimentary water bottles were not changed out after the previous guest left. I came in parched and opened a bottle and guzzled it to find it filled with cheap tequila. Had stomach issues and other issues that day since I do not drink alcohol and only have an occasional wine. When presented to the front desk, laughed and confirmed "yeah it is tequila". What if the bottle was spiked with pills or something...

Aruba Palms is very clean, convenient, and AFFORDABLE —everything I was looking for. It was a comfortable place to stay and made extending my vacation easy and stress-free.
I would definitely stay at Aruba Palms again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an EXCEPTIONAL value while visiting Aruba!」
