Overall the stay was ok, but nothing more. We were super disappointed by the standard of the hotel room. It was way older and more worn than expected. Compared to the pictures and the price paid we expected more. The breakfast was nice.

It is in the perfect location. It has a great breakfast included from 7-10 and to 11 on holidays…- The larger rooms have everything I needed - one less star because sometimes they forgot to add a soap or enough towels..:-) The staff is attentive but not overbearing .

Location is the only advantage

Location was great, walkable from the central. Room was old and worn down. Stench of sweat and mold. Black mold on the curtains. Breakfast was bread and very little else. Staff was nice, location use the reason you go here.

Acceptable stayover facility for spending a couple of days in Brussels. Room was not great, the view on a very dark inner courtyard. Also the central heating was turned up high and the encasing of the radiator meant it was impossible to turn off. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly.

First Brussels visit

Excellent experience. Check-in was courteous and efficient. We were quite early but coffee shops and restaurants conveniently close by. We stowed our luggage in a dedicated room near check-in. Lobby was comfortable enough fir a brief wait and had M/W restrooms. Rooms were well enough appointed, ckean and larger than some we’ve stayed in. Breakfast each day was excellent. Breakfast room was always clean and well staffed with ample variety, scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, breads, pastries, fruit, coffe and tea.
