This is a budget hotel, which isn't always a bad thing, but was in this case. The minimum I expect of a hotel is that the room is clean. This room had clean sheets and appeared cleanish, but the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied and it just felt like it could do with a more thorough clean.
The hotel is on a busy road, and while the windows were good enough that the traffic and passers-by didn't stop me sleeping, a guy yowling outside the hotel at 2 in the morning certainly did.
The bed was hard (which some people like), the room and bathroom were tiny, and the shower had no holder for the nozzle so your had to wash your hair one-handed.
On the plus side, it's easily walkable from Brussels Midi station and from the city centre, and there's public transport available on the road where the hotel is. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
It wasn't that bad, but I would only stay here again if nothing else affordable was available.
