Will be a Good Find in Future!

Feels like it’s been very recently rennovated and maybe the finishing touches are not all there yet, but the staff and service was excellent. Had an issue, very promptly resolved in a very friendly manner. Restaurant was very good, again attentive staff and beautifully cooked food. Ill be back, maybe in a month or so on my next trip when they will be in full swing.

Everything was pretty outstanding and the hotel was super clean! The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful. HOWEVER, the shuttle service was TERRIBLE. The driver was absolutely not helpful and did not seem to care AT ALL. We had no idea what shuttle it was or who was driving it. Please fix that!

Absolutely gorgeous place. We love mostly everything- location is unbeatable, food taste great, personal are greatest we have ever seen in Hilton. Rooms are bigger than we thought. Clean and beautiful inside and outside. Wound give 5 star, the only one negative thing that prevents it from 5 star is lack of ventilation. There also no balcony which is unusual for Hilton. Overall it’s pretty nice but the ventilation needs to be fixed. The smell kind of stinks.

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is as well very clean and modern. The only thing I was disappointed is they didn’t make sure the shampoo bottles etc. were filled before we checked in. I had to call reception for this.

In a nutshell: Modern and clean with friendly staff but some operational failures (shuttle, late rooms, poor room setup). We had a mixed stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel looks great with modern green architecture, quiet carpeted hallways, and cool dimmable lighting. Our large family had three rooms, two of them were spacious, clean, and had a comfy king-size bed. Housekeeping was especially friendly (big thanks to the Portuguese lady with the cool hair.) Some front desk staff were helpful, and the waitresses in the restaurant and Moroccan lunch shop guy were very accommodating. On the downside, the shuttle service advertised only runs in the morning and evening (this wasn’t clearly mentioned.) This caused a lot of inconvenience and we had to pay expensive taxis. Rooms weren’t ready until late, and ours wasn’t next to the kids’ at all, which was not ideal. The rooms felt sparse and echoey with minimal furniture and noisy closet doors. Toilets were very uncomfortable, and the glass walls looked nice but didn’t open onto the wraparound deck. But any guest could access it through the emergency door and walk in front of anyone’s room! Could be a privacy issue. Key cards kept failing, especially for the laundry rooms, which was frustrating. Breakfast timing was inaccurate, so we missed it! It also felt a bit boring and incomplete. Overall, while the hotel has potential and some great staff, the lack of clear communication and poor service follow-through affected our stay.

Very modern hotel and convenient if you are flying early because the airport it’s like 10 minutes away. The complimentary shuttle is great, they have a schedule so prepare accordingly. The area is like commercial, a lot of private offices and sorts, so there’s no other places to eat near the hotel besides the hotel restaurant. We ended up using a food delivery service which worked great. Bed was comfy and they provided two types of pillows which you can choose whatever you prefer.

Wunderschönen neues Hotel un der Nähe von Zaventem

Súper schönes und neues Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Zaventem. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Hotel bietet einen Flughafentransfer und hat eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist super, so wie das Restaurant. Alles sehr schön ynd sehr empfehlenswert.

Super mooi hotel, kamer was groot, alles was netjes en schoon. Bedden liggen lekker, fijne badkamer. Ontbijt was prima. Verder was het wel duidelijk dat ze in de opstart fase zitten. Ook geen haardroger of koffiezet apparaat op de kamer (wel oploskoffie).
