Lovely, helpful staff. Stayed with my 8 year old son. Pool is really good, 1.2 meter depth and life guards super friendly and nice. Fatalities very good and the breakfast had loads of choice. 200KW EV charging points are excellent. Would certainly stay again.

Brilliant hotel for a city break in Brussels

Brilliant hotel in a great location, a short bus ride from the centre of Brussels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was warm, comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping come daily to change towels and bedding, we could not fault this hotel.

The hotel was a straight bus from the city centre. A little older, but was clean and had everything we needed including a mini fridge and complimentary water! It was perfect for a short stay in Brussels.

Wonderful hotel! Front desk employees are profesional, courteous and friendly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and there is a free shuttle that will take you there. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommended!

Great stay! Cozy bed and good sized bathroom. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The bar staff was nice and chatted with us for a while. Very close to the airport and a wonderful pizzeria across the street. Also very easy to get to the city center with the nearby bus stop. Would definitely stay again!

I like the fact that the majority of the room floors are not carpet. Makes it feel cleaner. I suggest that the carpet at the entrance be replaced as well. Otherwise it was lovely.

I booked this hotel as the final stretch on my vacation in Europe. The hotel was clean, the surrounding are is a bit sketchy (just a little) but all in all safe. Plenty of places to eat and there is even an Aldi nearby. I loved my room and the view out the window. Complimentary water and airport shuttle was very appreciated.

We had a pleasant stay here. The location wasn't very convenient but the free shuttle to the airport was very helpful (there were too many people who needed to go to the airport so they offered a free taxi ride instead). The breakfast was very very good, and the room was very clean.

Property when looked from outside is where old and in a very crowded area. Inside the hotel and especially rooms it's really good and very spacious. They were very clean and staff were very good. Decent breakfast

The stay is good. Commute facility to other parts of city is so good There is one good Indian food point close to the hotel with reasonable price. We had some issues with the air conditioning but it’s manageble

Good for catching a flight out of Brussels

Needed somewhere to stay overnight in order to catch an early flight and as this hotel provides a shuttle service, decided to give it a go. Overall it was comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The area has a few large super markets within 5 minute walk and some local restaurants, so that was handy. The only negatives were parking (as a friends dropped us off and there is no dropoff area or parking) plus there is a bit of street noise but nothing terrible.
