「The room was very humid. The towels were damp. The blankets were damp. Because of the humidility, plaster became loose. We wanted to open the windows to air. However, in front of our window is smoking area. Therefore, we couldn't open the only window. We talked to the front desk to change for another room. We were told that the hotel was full. 「Location is good. Cleaning service quite good. For the rest, staff are relatively cold and will seldom look at you when you walk in or out. Breakfast choice very limited and even in the early morning many things go out and not quickly updated. Short stay OK.」
