It’s a terrible travel experience and I don’t feel safe in this neighbourhood . This hotel are local in the middle of a back street with no front desk or any staff there and when you try to get helps, it take a 20hours late e-mail reply. The staff’s manner is rough and unhelpful. And it takes a 15 mins walk from the main station with stairs, plus if your schedule can’t make at 2-3pm exact time slot, you will be in a big trouble to check-in. Hope you won't have the same experience as me.

It was amazing when first time stepped in the room. Big living room , big bed room and big washroom, also a lovely kitchen. Nice and quiet location close to Grand Place and central bus station. Easy to get on public transit. The only thing is a little bit difficult if you don’t check in online first to get the password because there is no reception at all. Hopefully we will come back and live in the same room for our future trip.

It was ok. A little loud in the evening and overnight. No staff at the hotel so hard to get assistance if required. The elevator didn’t work consistently and the door to parking was locked and didn’t open with the room key.
