「Loved the retrofit of the old chocolate factory. Exposed brick and wood beams were nicely complimented by thoroughly modern and upscale accommodation. Appreciated the extra touches like wilbur chocolates in the room and at the desk, fancy, rolled towels, hotel branded K —cups, (including café mocha), and of course, the scent of chocolate in the lobby. The bar and restaurant had great atmosphere, a lively crowd, and good drinks. Personally, I am not a big fan of the steakhouse/chophouse concept...
