「Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, ist sehr sauber, ruhig. Hat eigene Parkplätze vor dem Haus (sehr praktisch!). Die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Also, diese Unterkunft steht auf unserer "wir kommen wieder"-Liste. 👍」

They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. 「Great value, if you’re looking for a decent place to sleep without breaking the bank, this place will do. AC was very misleading, there is building AC It seems but is essentially useless, no room controlled AC. For the non apartment rooms the bathroom is a different room and key which can be annoying. The fan that was in the room barely worked and was essentially useless. Ceiling fan was bare minimum. The AI assistant is truly useless, I wouldn’t even waste your time. The booklet they give you...

「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」
