Perfect Location and Exceptionally Helpful Staff

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff at the reception were very helpful — they stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to explore the city comfortably and make the most of our day. The rooms have a charming vintage style and are very enjoyable.

Cobblestone Comfort

This is a great place to stay in Brugge. It’s extremely close to all the attractions and totally accessible, But just off to the side enough to allow it to be quaint and quiet at night after you’ve spent your day shopping the many chocolate, pastry and lace shops or cafes that are nearby.

Beautiful and perfectly located. The bathroom was a bit small. We had the Junior suite room 106 which is one large room, not a seperate bedroom. Excellent staff and parking in front of the hotel. Best location!

Hotel was super quaint! Staff was overwhelmingly, friendly… especially Rafael and Maria. I wish I could remember our server’s name for breakfast. He was outstanding as well. Breakfast was terrific. There’s nothing I can say negatively about this experience. Would strongly recommend it to anybody.

Very charming hotel right in the center of town. Great staff-friendly and very ready to help. Our room had a tiny, awkward bathroom. Asked the second day to be be upgraded and they offered a larger, more useful room for a small fee. Very much appreciated.

Very pretty property close to the old center of Bruges. Although The Pand is close to the main attractions, it is a quiet refuge after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is outstanding. Check-in was easy as was check out. Breakfast is an extra fee but worth the price. Made to order eggs, nice pastries, hot coffee. Fresh fruit so good and the service is fabulous. The rooms are clean but small. Small elevator - typical of an historic hotel. Highly recommend

Cozy but....

The Pand Hotel is in a great location in Bruges on a tree lined side street. However, everthing about it is small and there are stairs everywhere. There are stairs to the elevator which only accommodates two medium size people, there are then stairs to the room which was tiny. The room was clean and attractively appointed, but it was hard to find a place to open suitcases and the bathroom was unusually cramped. The delight of the hotel was the elegant champagne breakfast served in the lovely dining room.

The Pand was awesome

Celebrating our silver wedding anniversary, I chose the Pand Hotel as a surprise for my better half. From time of booking to check-out they couldn't have been more helpful. We upgraded to the Master Suite (well worth it) and they dealt with everything quickly and with no fuss - recommending and booking tables at restaurants, to arranging champagne and flowers in the room If driving, recommend booking a parking space - secure and right next door. Didn't get to try their breakfasts, but reliably informed they are very good. Given that cafes in Bruges centre don't seem to open until 10am, perhaps we should! Would I stay there again? Hell yes!

We stayed in the room with the terrace and it was like staying in a castle. This is a beautiful hotel with all the fine touches that make it an amazing experience. The staff is very accommodating and friendly making us feel very welcome. I highly recommend staying here as it is a wonderful experience to remember.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The service at the restaurant and the front desk was outstanding – everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is very well located, and for the price, it’s an excellent choice. I arrived by car and had reserved one of the hotel’s parking spots in advance, which worked perfectly. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
