A Wonderful Experience

I was traveling solo and booked the Junior Sweet for two nights. The room is cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed very comfy and the shower outstanding. If the weather is good, there's even a table and chairs on the outside patio just for you. Having use of the kitchen (no stove, but microwave), was very helpful and appreciated, as I tend to prepare many of my own meals. Bieke, the owner, was extremely kind and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable.

Our stay at the loft in Bruges was amazing. An extension of a beautiful house with separate entrance, we were in the double room of 4 beautiful rooms (we peeked at the others) ;). Decoration was super homely but classic and trendy all rolled into one. Private bathroom and shared kitchenette with coffee tea beers and cereal available any time of the day. Location was fantastic - just outside of the main hustle and bustle of the main squares in Bruges, just a short 10 minute work with plenty of pleasant cafes, restaurants and bars along the route. Bieke the owner was the most delightful of ladies, nothing was too much trouble and she had great advice to offer on places to go, things to see and places to eat and drink that were a nice balance of quality and price. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody - I was with my mum but would also be very suitable for families, friends or couples also. Would highly recommend.

We had a beautiful, bright room which was very well-decorated and well-kept. Bieke and Bert were not in when we arrived but we were left very clear instructions for check-in and a cute welcome/wedding anniversary gift too! Our toilet and the kitchenette were perfect for our stay too. It was a throughly enjoyable 3 day + 2 nights and we were sad to leave!

Host Bieke is extremely pleasant, sociable, efficient and helpful. The available breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, including eggs, meat, cheese and fresh baking. And you have to love an available beer fridge with Stella for €1 and special Belgian beer for €2! Highly recommend a stay here to enjoy beautiful Bruges, surely one of the most romantic cities on the planet.

If this is available, book it!!

Great location and hosts. Lovely historic building renovated in a modern style. 10 mins walk into centre but lots of bars and restaurants on the way, supermarket just round the corner. Really friendly welcome, this is the perfect choice to visit this lovely city.
