"Room: fine Staff: extremely helpful; willing to go the extra mile for their customers Bar/restaurant: not good. 1) The wines available bore no relation to the wines listed on the menu - that's just slack. 2) There was no mustard available. ("We don't have many condiments - just ketchup and mayonnaise) Seriously? In a place serving meals. 3) I ordered cheese and biscuits, only to be told there was only cheddar and brie available - you were out of blue cheese. There are some serious issues on the catering front that need addressing."
