「Everything is in average. The hardware is definitely needed to be upgraded. Staff were nice. If you have plan to dine in their restaurant, be prepared to be very patient for waiting, however food was nice.」

We loved this unique boutique hotel which has been decorated & designed with care & passion. Local transport was brilliant & Southsea is a hidden blossoming gem which we’ll be back to see next year! 「The staff was excellent. The room I had was very dated, but clean. Again the bathroom was a bit dated and could have had a shaving mirror. The shower is very strong and loads of very hot water. The breakfast was excellent and very filling. 」

「A very historic old hotel with an excellent location and a 3-minute walk to the attractions you are interested in. Strangely, the parking lot downstairs is not the hamilton hotel, but its sister hotel. So drivers have to go to the paid parking lot behind the hotel. It's a little inconvenient.」

「the room space is just a bit small which is a little bit out of expectation (as the photos seen quite large) but the environment is still very good and the cleaning service is well done, receptionists are very nice as well. Good!」
