"The staff when we checked in was very nice and welcoming. The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out. Room had stinky stuff on the stand and had blood stain or something on the bed sheets. Rooms are outdated but worked for what we needed for a quick stay."

"Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must."

"Parking was terrible - parking lot was too small for the number of rooms and overflow lot was impossible to see if you were not familiar with it (very small, faded sign that was illegible unless you were looking for it) across the street. No parking near the lobby for purposes of checking in. The one employee available was overwhelmed and could not keep up with demands at the time we were trying to check in. Overall the place appeared worn and a bit shabby, but was relatively clean. OK for the price, would not choose to stay very long."

"The staff was friendly & attentive, which is hard to find these days. The atmosphere was relaxing, even with the close proximity to the highway. The room could've used a deep clean, but overall it was great. The carpets had some sticky spots & there was something that stuck to my shirt after sitting at the desk. Beds are comfortable! Best nights sleep in a week on the road."

"Poor staff communication. Came in on Friday and was informed the room I booked was no longer available and got downgraded to a smaller room while paying for the original room. Was told that manager would call me back for compensation... Still waiting to hear back from management after reaching out twice..."
