The hotel was awesome! The front desk staff were helpful and patient with all my questions. The restaurant was great also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Sofitel London Heathrow
Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room.
