"This was not the first time I have stayed here and it won't be the last. Definitely one of my favorite hotels. No its not fancy or has room service or anything like that. But its clean and safe and for an older person safety is a priority. Its on a busy road so its not very quiet. But the location is what makes it easy to get to the hot spots. The owners are fantastic people. Rooms are old but very clean. This hotel reminds me of the places we use to stay when I was a kid. This is a very comfortable hotel. Definitely recommend it"

"A very comfortable motel right off the Highway into Bar Harbor, about a 10-15 minute drive from town. The room was very clean with comfortable beds, a good shower and tub, a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a bagged breakfast you pick up from reception and eat at the picnic tables or in your room or on the road, so not great but saves time. My only suggestion would be to have some real milk pods in the fridge for the coffee (or available at reception on check-in). Overall a lovely stay."
