"Overall, we did not have a terrible experience, but there are a few things worth mentioning. The person who greeted us seemed upset and did not have the warm or welcoming attitude you would expect in customer service. We also had an issue with the bathtub in our room being clogged. Although the manager kindly offered to move us to another room, the hotel overall did not seem very well maintained. The carpet felt sticky in some areas, and there was a noticeable mold-like smell in the air. In addition, the door to our room looked as if someone had previously tried to force it open, which was a little concerning. The pictures on the website don't match what we saw at the Hotel. I understand this is an economy hotel, so expectations can be low; but I truly believe that a positive and friendly staff can completely change the experience for guests and a little bit more TLC for the facilities as well."

"The little kitchenette was nice and it was well stocked. The room itself was relatively clean. The bathtub was old and stained, even though clean it was not pleasant to look at. The bed was not very comfortable. It was also difficult locating our room as they’re not very well marked to what building is what and where to go."

"The room was not clean. Dead bugs everywhere and cobwebs too. There was an empty chip bag in the drawer of the night stand. The dresser drawer had a missing handle. The ice bucket was stained and didn’t have a liner. The refrigerator didn’t work, told the desk and the clerk said she could have someone look at it but it would be later (didn’t say when later was) There was bags of coffee in the room but no coffee pot. When we went after 6:30 am for a cup of coffee the coffee maker was resetting and we should come back in 5 minutes and when we did we were told by the same guy that the coffee maker was resetting and we should come back in 5 minutes. We ended up driving up the street to get coffee. There was hardly anything at the complimentary breakfast. There was a pancake batter dispenser with nothing in it. There were maybe three yogurts and a few muffins and some Pound cake.Our room was 132 which was one of the few rooms that had an outside door that opened into the courtyard which had nothing but bugs in it, and lots of bugs that got in the room every time we opened the door. I wanted to take a shower before we left but the water was scalding hot and you couldn’t adjust it. I honestly can’t Find anything that I liked about it except maybe the parking. It wasn’t cheap either. Oh yeah there also was no remote to the tv. And there was an upholstered chair in the room that was filthy. Also the room smelled like smoke and had burn holes in the carpet."

"Hella roaches. The room was clean and nice, until we left out mid day and came back at night. It was roaches from the main room, to the bathroom, to the kitchenette counters. Roaches of all sizes. Lady was nice at the front desk tho"

"I will never go to this hotel again. For a king sized bed, we were given two flimsy pillows with stained sheets. A used toilet paper roll in the bathroom A rusty iron that almost stained my clothing The breakfast was NOT breakfast. You had cereal but no milk. Not a good variety of options. Standard waffle maker but no actual breakfast sides other than a hard boiled egg. The halls were littered with trash. Should have just went to the motel 6 across the street."
