"This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! "Front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping staff were also friendly. Location was very convenient for the convention center (especially once I realized that you could get off the elevator at the Plaza level and then walk along the elevated walkway/road straight to the convention center). Very close to World Trade Center stop for SL1 bus to/from Logan Airport. Clean, spacious room."
