Staff were very helpful and courteous, only the property owner was not very friendly or accommodating. We left a day early over us bringing two guests. The suite we booked was good for six but our reservation was only for two. We attempted contacting the owner at least 10 times by telephone and sent messages from this site but never got any response. The owner wanted an additional $420 for our two guests which we refused to pay. We were fine with maybe $50 per day but this was outrageous as we are only taking about the extra food.

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very courteous but needs more training on processes and follow-up with situations. Restaurant has a great ambiance and dinner had an add-on entertainment which was great.

Seda Lio is a great hotel, right off the beach and close to a lot of beach shops and food. Staff were good. There was no wifi in our room as it kept saying the server had too many users on it which was unfortunate. We also had to ask the hotel staff to change our sheets upon check in as the sheets ...
