「I had a lovely stay at the King Charles Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, offering great advice on nearby places of interest and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, and the staff was always courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. 「Great staff and clean rooms.」

「Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.」

「Very good」

「The room was a moderate price so I was not too surprised that it had a leaking shower and the bathroom door did not shut. The shower curtain was mouldy. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom as the only space on the sink had the liquid soap. The soap dispenser on the wall was not used. There was a kettle but no way to get clean cups once the two issued ones had been used. No breakfast available which was frustrating as the nearest cafe is a not very close.」

「This accommodation is excellent. It is a converted boat which was built in 1839 and used as a floating lighthouse off the east coast of England. The owners are polite and helpful and are on site.」

「優點：停車場頗大，自助check in & out方便。希望能改善的地方：預訂2間房間相距太遠，不方便。房間太近公路，有嘈音」

「Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues.」

「Nice friendly staff good food nice clean hotel」

「新鲜，很好」

「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」
