What an amazing little find. Great caravan park, great room, super comfortable. Staff were very helpful in making sure we could access the room after hours. Very quiet park as well. Was well located to everything we wanted to see. We wish we stayed longer.

The first cabin was just ok even know it was a upgrade suggested by reception member we transferred for the last 2 nites of our stay to a slightly more expensive cabin which was great there was no fuss about transfer by staff or our self over all a good park

Very disappointed with the size of the cabin and huge lack of kitchen utensils. Was only a small frypan that would not sit flat on the stovetop, a couple of small saucepans and a strainer. Had to go and buy a roasting pan and salad bowl. The electric stove was very old and took forever to warm up. Cutlery was only enough for 2 people and cooking aids (wooden spoons etc) pathetic.

Our stay didn't start out very good at all. After arriving, my wife and I both needed to use the toilet, only to find the toilet would't flush so she went back to reception to notify them. We ended up having to pay an extra $50 for another cabin, only to find this one clean but in a terrible state. With paint flaking off the walls, Paint missing all around the skirting boards, a small steel bench with a sink in it called a kitchen, the microwave place on top of the fridge where my wife couldn't reach it. Also the microwave door couldn't be opened because it hit the back of the freezer door. There was no bed side table to put my glasses or phone on, so hed to use a chair from the dining room. No shower caddy, having to put soap and shampoo on the floor. An iron, but no Ironing board, having to use the dining room table. No broom to sweep the cabin out. While we were out someone entered our cabin and moved the microwave, and put it on the dining room table, this was totally unacceptable to have someone come in our room without our knowledge or permission. To have to pay $170 a night for this, an extra $50 over the initial cost is not good at all. While were away from home we stayed in 3 Motels which were much cheaper than the Broken Hill Park, and we were looked after vwery well with beautiful accomadation, with everything you wanted or needed for a pleasant stay.

Cabin was just an old miners accom, dated and unloved. Carpets were stained, kitchen lino torn, ancient oven rusty and dirty. Had to wipe appliances and cutlery before use. No bathroom basin plug. Parking spot only big enough for a small car. Main Rd right behind the cabin. Comp. cheese and bikkies in common area in the a'noon was nice. Office staff friendly. Nightly rate should be under $100, not $140.
