「I have stayed at this hotel several times and usually enjoy the stay. This time, however, I did not enjoy it. The clerk checking me in was very sweet and doing a great job. Then, along came her manager who berated her in front of me and others waiting to check in. The manager was extremely unprofessional and didn't need to publicly humiliate the clerk. I get to the room and the air conditioner isn't working. I need to keep the room cool to help with my breathing. Even on 66 the room was...

「Bad room location! The light fixtures flickered. No soap in the bathroom. There wasn’t a Marriott in Sanford NC.」

「If I had somewhere else to go, I would have went and asked for my money back. The toilet was leaking. The comforter had cigarette holes burning in it. The swimming pool was green.!」

「Spacious bathroom in our suite!」

「Rooms are clean. Staff friendly.」

「This hotel was clean and employees was extremely friendly. I love the assistance we received during breakfast. The young lady help me and our children in getting waffles or anything else we needed. I don't know the young lady name. But I would like to say thank you and that more hotels need to have people like her and the rest of the staff.」

「We had to request a late checkout, and everything went smoothly. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are new and well-maintained. Breakfast was great, too. We would stay here again if needed.」

「Small thing; but the wash clothes felt like I was exfoliating my face! And the pillows were way too soft..Everything else was great! I would stay there again, just bring my own washcloth.」

「Very nice day would return」

「The shower was so low the water hit me in the chest…. There was no toilet seat cover. It took a while to get water pressure. They charge an extra $50 a night for a pet. For $140/night the hotel was seriously outdated with hardly any amenities. 3star.」
