「Air conditioner did not work correctly and we sweated all night. Wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Beds were so high that you had to crawl into them. Too high to even sit on. One chair in the room required one to sit on the bed. The pool had not been filled. Breakfast was poor. Never again.」

「I rated the amenities a 3 only because I was trying to be fair. We did not stay here long. We left within an hour of getting there. I should have known what kind of place this was when I got to the elevator and the metal where the up and down buttons are was pulled away from the wall. We got to the room, and we had our doubts. I went to air conditioner to put some air on in the room, and that was a HUGE mistake. To this day, I don't know what blew threw those vents but it was nasty. Next thing...

「I liked the location (Holly Springs, N.C.) What I disliked was the extreme low water pressure in the bathroom sink (rm. #201). I understand the water saving reasoning, but it was set to come out as a trinkle. This was a pain when you have to wash up in the morning, especially when you want to get out in a hurry. Thus a 4 instead of 5 star rating.」

「I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！」
