「Very attentive staff」

「O. K but not exceptional. Had a chipped saucer under my teacup. I would not have thought it difficult to find an jnchippef saucer since I was alone at breakfast! 」

「Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. 」

「Arrived at the property at 12:30 AM. There was no one to let us in. We called Expedia help line but they were not able to contact the property. One day earlier, we were told that someone would be there. We were lucky to find another hotel that was open. Please refund my money.」

「Good hotel and comfortable bed. Had cancel the second night as the hotel was closed. Access for an 81 year old was very difficult. Lots of stairs to manage. The very cold weather made it even more difficult. The manager was very good and helpful. We hope to get a refund for the second night. The location was excellent and the pub was very quirky and quite special. 」

「The property was dated, carpet dirty, bed simple and hard, room side was dusty, no proper tv only iPlayer and YouTube etc, bathroom small and stained and noisy because of the water pump when running hot water and when the next room uses the water, all switches switched all the lights on and off and nothing in-between, stank of oil based paint for the whole of my stay overall wouldn’t stay here again」
