「I was on the third floor and the internet was perfect no issues at all. Room was lovely and clean, bedding and towels brilliant white and the biscuits were an added touch. Attached humans restaurant.」

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. 「I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. I received a penalty for the for the free parking because I did not register and was never told to do so. I’m now having to pay £170 because of the...

「This was our first trip to the UK and first Premier Inn experience. The room was perfectly fine and the free parking and location was perfect to visit Ormskirk and Southport. The free internet was adequate for using maps and googling information for the trip. Did not have to pay for an Internet upgrade 」
