" Dry friendly and helpful staff, simple but functional and convenient place to stay that can be reached from airport in 5 minutes on foot. They have an excellent breakfast included in the price and start very early for travelers. We were very pleased with how smoothly everything went and would return!"

"Room was small but with a good bathroom, perfectly comfortable. Decor dated but room was clean. Lovely bar area with a variety of seating. Well stocked with friendly staff. You certainly wont be cold, a fire on in the bar and heating on within the rooms and corridors. Perfectly located for the airport and P&J live arena. There is a restaurant on site that we didn't get to try. Menu looked good. Really enjoyed our stay"

"Short stay. 1 night Booked a double room. Typical chain hotel room Clean. Tidy.. Plenty coffee, tea and milk Enclosed shower which needs a little maintenece and a freshen up Decent pressure Good WiFi reception Downside there is no air con Windows do open but you're very close to the airport so there will be noise but nothing too loud There's a wall heater that certainly doesn't take long to heat up the room Bar serves a varied amount of choices from draft to spirits Food is available too They also run a minibus at a small charge £3 per person to the nearby music venue Handy for getting to a concert No return unfortunately but only a 20 minute walk back Staff extremely friendly "

"Good hotel at budget price "

"Great hotel, very relaxed and suited our children with pool and other games downstairs. Liked the bar and food offering, especially when we arrived late and still needed dinner. Bedrooms were comfortable - would stay again. Only one issue - TV surround in room 505 fell off the wall on arrival. Thankfully no one hurt but could have been much more serious. Staff moved us to a new room quickly but hope this is fixed so no risk of it happening again. "

"Really nice hotel, lovely staff and nice restaurant. Even the fussy eaters in our party were able to find several things they really liked."

"The receptionist was far from welcoming - very matter of fact. I enquired to see if there was any cancellation with a dog friendly room - shrugged her shoulders and that was a no - not even I am sorry. Bar staff where we could take a dog was over the top - as we walked in announced to whole bar we were walking in - there was a very loud child approx 9 yrs old who he was encouraging to be even louder - we moved table. We have stayed here a few times but will not be back."
