The open air areas were fine but very limited. The covered areas required a lot of skill to manoeuvre the small confined spaces. Not good enough even though paid for parking. "

"When we arrived no one was at the desk when we got closer it was a self checkin when I started the receptionist came out and greeted us then she helped with the rest. "Lovely stay. Food was great and gym is probably the best equipped gym I've experienced. Rooms were well equipped and most importantly we'll soundproofed. Only downside is having to pay for parking and spa facilities but guess if you don't need them then it cuts the cost so not a big issue. Staff were also great"

"Good comms on the phone before I arrived. Kindly suggested that I park at the secure NCP car park next door as there had been some theft recently, which was cheap enough. The room I was given had been smoked in (not the hotels fault) - the guys on the reception immediately swapped me to another room with no quibbling which was great. Hotel could do with a couple of touch ups, but it was clean and friendly and an absolute bargain compared to other options. Very good breakfast too"

"Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. "
