"Easy to book online, reasonable prices. Staff welcome, check in easy. Food outlets in hotel available at different times. Good size room, comfortable bed. Parking area ample. Our only negative was our bathroom sink had a few old cracks (objects been dropped), not appealing"

"Very basic room. Bed ok. Room felt like being in a container. No hand towels. Breakfast was not great. No fresh fruit. Had to ask for items as buffet was almost empty. Would not stay again"

"Room Was spacious. Balcony was good but big gaps at each side feel out small dog could’ve got under so had to keep on a lead at all times so not ideal Room was clean but did look tired not the standard I thought Hilton had"

"Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Rooms were luxurious. However, I had to change rooms because the toilet would not flush and I was informed that a plumber would not be called until the following day! Also, the internal lift that goes to the spa was not working, and another entrance was locked, meaning that guests had to go outside the hotel to enter the spa and pool. This is not ideal. Breakfast at the HarBar in the 6th floor was good but not outstanding. In short, this hotel needs more customer responsive management to reach its potential for 5 stars."

"No did not get a beach view ,although room was clean, staff are very helpful outer side badly needing painting and smartning up, no food at this hotel u have to go next door to the Carleton hotel. Fire alarm went off late thursday night but it was ok maybe a bug in the sensory thing in the rooms? Noisy people next door to me doors banging loud conversation so not much sleep had!"
