"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

"A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. "Loved my stay, this was my first time in Hull and the listing made me think this was going to be a nice mid range hotel in the city. I loved this hotel the entrance at the far end of the road. This road had plenty of spaces even though I turned up after 11pm. The single room was comfortable and tidy and clean. The breakfast was delicious, a proper old fashioned English breakfast. The toaster cooked the toast perfectly and juice glasses were a sensible size. The staff were very friendly and I can’t recommend this enough. "
