Great welcome from the blonde lady on reception. Breakfast was excellent delivered by friendly staff. Our room was clean and fresh towels daily. Nothing was too much trouble by team Falcon. Parking was easy and safe. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel.

Mercure Birmingham West Hotel
Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Had to pay £10 for parking, which I was not made aware of. The room had some bad stains on the carpet. There was a loud sound all night, felt like being inside a tumble dryer. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Birmingham which were a lot cheaper.

We did not feel the breakfast was value for money. Our room was clean although it was freezing cold. For a club room it was disgraceful.
