Comfort Inn Birch Run - Frankenmuth

"We booked 2 rooms. The first room was fine, no issues except a vap cartridge was left in our window. The second room however had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the exhaust fan didn’t work, the water in the shower had very little pressure, the fridge was about half the size as the one in our first room and the room felt damp the whole time we were there."

"I really went for the swimming pool but it was a let down pics are beautiful and it was clean. It is just a little over 3 feet so it is a kiddy pool. The staff for both the hotel and restaurant were amazing. This is an amazing maze of a place. Do please ask for a map. I wish I would have. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed and pillows were excellent. Over all I give them a solid 4 only because of the maze of confusion that I had to navigate to the kiddy pool. Staff again were absolutely fantastic. We will come and staycation again."

"It was beautiful. Very clean. Staff was so helpful. Free breakfast daily with eggs pancakes sausage cereal etc. With multiple juices coffee tea and hot chocolate. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub. The room was amazing with a large jacuzzi. We will definitely be back."

"Very reasonably priced. All was clean. Located in a good area. Very safe parking, that’s located right outside of the room. Motel staff was cordial, and professional. The coffee bar in the morning was very much appreciated. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I will be doing so again in the future. I would recommend this place."
