"Beautiful room"

"The Accessible room I booked was unavailable on arrival and they had no ADA rooms. We waited hours for a non ADA room that had a wider bathroom door for wheelchair access but no grab rails, and as a result, I fell in the shower. It took 70 minutes from the time we phoned the front desk for someone to show up at our room to write an incident report. We ultimately called the police to create a formal report on my fall. At that point, the GM arrived to apologize and offered to refund our stay and give us another date. But the experience left us without the desire to return. Our stay was stressful, and physically challenging— the opposite of what we needed. "

"The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and huge with plenty of room for us and the dog! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"Room was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. We went just prior to the season start so things were very calm. If i was to take issue with one thing; it would have been the shower was cool and never got hot. Not cold...but could have been warmer. "

"The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. There were plenty of TV channels, and I loved the extra lighting in the room. The pool area and gym were also very clean. The attentive staff was the best part of the stay. "

"We were unhappy with two aspects. The shower is extremely small -- about 2 feet by 3 feet. Very tight. I personally would rip out the closet next to it in a heartbeat and enlarge the shower. The TV was also difficult to figure out and the staff on duty at the desk was unable to assist. Breakfast was fine, just monotonous -- it was always bagels, which isn't great with no toaster to toast them in."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the soundview. You are able to easily hear neighbors so just an FYI. Love being so close to the water and hearing the water and waves at night. Overnight oats at breakfast were my favorite. "
