Every thing was very nice, Staff polite and very helpful, rooms are good size, Location good , Beach across street , but not easy paths to enter. Rooms could use freshing up but all in all very nice Hotel. Would recommend highly.

What a great stay! The room is so cute and modern with just amazing views all around. The location is perfect for going down to the beach and the vibes are great! Having the little details like beach chairs down to the deck with picnic table and seating to hangout right out our door, this made our stay memorable. Definitely recommend!

Andre was the best ! So nice and welcoming…. Always willing to assist and help anyway he can . The hotel was the cutest , great location , pool clean and rooms are cleaned everyday the staff is incredible ! Beach is right across the street and the hotel is walking distance to the town or a bike ride . Will be coming back already booked for next year !

This is the sweetest little bungalow; right across the street from a gorgeous beach (with dolphins!), and a small pool to cool off. Absolutely adorable and well priced for Montauk!

Stayed for 2 nights in a studio , unit was so adorable updated comfortable had all the necessities you need, loved drip coffee maker not Keurig which tastes terrible,small frig no microwave, pool & beach access at ur feet , great location to town. No TV so bring iPad Wi-Fi for streaming. Will definitely stay again.

The breakers was amazing! We stayed in the presidential suite and it was EVERYTHING!!! It was perfect for us and our baby. We had water views and were situated close to the pool. The room was decorated so cute and it was cozy. The mattress was comfortable also. Will deff be back!!
