「When we checked in we were notified that the power would be out the next day from 8 am to 6 pm. As a reminder, that we should have known, although no indication of this on the website or any other booking site. "So will breakfast be at 7:00?" I ask. "No there is no breakfast" he says. 「On arrival the room seemed cleaned but in a rough shape and subsequently noticed a very strong BO smell in room 7. Notified staff, and they moved me to room 5 which was in much better condition, clean and well ventilated.」

「We did not use any services. The booking on line led to many problems . I thought the sight offered a King bed or two Queens. I Chose the King bed but denied the offer of two Queen beds. The original room was about a 5 min. Walk to the end of the second floor. I phoned and complained and they very kindly gave us a similar room closer to the elevator.
