A really great place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had eveything you needed. Nice gardens to sit in with a view of the ocean, we will stay here again for sure.

The motel is a little dated but that did not effect our stay at all. The room was clean and quaint. We were close to where we needed to be. It's close to shopping and food and the. There was no A/C but there were 3 fans to keep us cool. Definately would stay there again.

It was close to where we needed to be. The inside was clean. The kitchen was sufficient. The bed was good. The bathroom needs some attention. The tiles around the toilet were loose. The screen on the bathroom window was broken. The area sidewalk by the suites, etc. needed sweeping/cleaning.

The owner is friendly and accommodating. He easily rescheduled our stay after our plans changed. The rooms, although dated, were very clean and comfortable. Kudos to the cleaning staff! We were even able to watch some whale activity right from the front step of our room. I would recommend the Seaside Villa for your stay in Powell River.

I’m giving this a five star review, not because I think it’s a five star hotel, but because it was exactly what we needed and what I expected. The room was clean and fairly large, with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean in the front and forest in the back. Extremely quiet. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom worked totally fine. Tv worked. Furniture and decor was definitely old, but no issues. Check in was easy and owner was very friendly. I’d definitely recommend.
