The AC did was not working. We had three rooms and didn't work in any of them. Breakfast we good, staff was friendly. Very safe cul-de-sac and wakable. Great location near several main streets and metros.

Hotel is being renovated. The entrance is a little tricky to find. Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Except the carpeting needs to be replaced! Very worn and dirty. Metro/RER right outside entrance to hotel. The location is less than half hour walk to almost anything we wished to see. Fitness room is not worth experiencing. The hotel next to Novotel is allowing guest to use their gym. Don’t bother. Maybe after renovations there will be a decent workout facility? Although the area is convenient, it is very touristy and not really a French vibe. Staff was fine. Not overly welcoming. I might stay again for convenience, but probably will stay somewhere not so populated.

Our stay was okay. The A/C in the first room wasn’t working, and while the staff quickly moved us to another room, the A/C there still wasn’t functioning well. On the positive side, the staff was very attentive and tried their best to address the issue
