"Everything was great with the room itself. The breakfast lady was so friendly and on top of everything. The only thing that was weird was 2 guys were parked in the back lot with a flatbed sitting in lawn chairs drinking beer and carrying on lol no harm just made me nervous to park but had not issues."

"What a great boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well laid out and comfortable. The atrium with the pool is a really pleasant area for relaxing, eating or swimming. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants and shops. We really loved the Key West decor and my husband enjoyed the white noise machine set to waves. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. "

"It was a great solo getaway to the woods. There were a few things I needed help with upon check in and staff was available right away to help. The only two things I will make note on: there is no tv in the cabins (which was fine by me as I was disconnecting), and the shower only stays hot for about 15 minutes. Not the end of the world. I would stay again and I recommended to friends! It is a 30 minute drive to hocking hills and the nearest town only has sonic and McDonalds. I wish I had came prepared with more food to make at the cabin, however there is no microwave either. "

"This hotel is very clean, easy accessibility from the highway, staff is amazing, breakfast is delicious, and they are great allowing pets. They were very busy, completely full I believe, and the staff was amazing!"

"Everything was fine except that I paid for a King bed, non smoking room and was given a room with two double beds. I was told that there were no other rooms available so I would expect a refund for the difference. Thanks"
