「Sehr gemütliches Hotel auf einem kleinen Berg. Insgesamt sehr gemütlich und klein. Außen herum viel Möglichkeiten im Grünen zu wandern und ein fantastischer Blick bis nach Mailand. Es befinden sich ein paar kleine, sehr tolle Restaurants und 15 min fussläufiger Entfernung.」

Il nous a présenté la chambre, très confortable et très agréablement décorée. Salle de bain top, petit déjeuner top, nous recommandons fortement et chaleureusement !!!」

「飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。」

「I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!」

「Great location. Near the cable car for the Citta Alta and close to nightlife of the city. An easy 30 minute walk to the Choruslife Arena. Bed was really comfortable and room was warm. Very modern. Manager was kind and approachable. Recommended. 」

「Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing. 」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

「We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. The mini kitchen was great and the shower was really good. We loved the area too, it was a bit of a walk into the centre, but there is a really regular but service. The area was really smart and had a real village feel, with loads of good restaurants all around. If we return to Bergamo we would definitely...
