「Pool is freezing.. only suitable as a cold plunge pool after using the sauna. However, the restaurant service and food was amazing! Very friendly waiters and bar staff. Friendliness at reception has room for improvement. 」

「Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

「Il forno a microonde e il forno della cucina erano sporchi al nostro arrivo. Sabato 9 un giorno prima della fine soggiorno le chiavi magnetiche non aprivano più le porte esterne e di casa arrecando disagio e costringendomi ad andare in agenzia che fortunatamente era ancora aperta alle 17 per riprogrammare le chiavi」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Really wonderful property with great breakfast and comfy beds. Owners went above and beyond to be helpful. For example I had left my phone in a service station in Germany, the owners rang the service station for us, communicated where I had left it and even arranged for us to pick it up on our return trip! What service!! 」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. 」

「這次入住的是含有2間雙人房和兩間浴室及有廚房的房型，入住時意外被升等，到頂樓，戶外極大的平台可以欣賞湖景山景和教堂，非常美麗。離郵局公車站和火車站都很近，非常方便，提供的夏季卡讓我們到處暢遊，搭纜車和遊湖都很棒！」

「Für eine Nacht perfekt. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlagen und die Zimmer werden sehr heiß. Kühlschrank ist auch keiner vorhanden. Es hatte am Wochenende auch bereits 27 Grad und es wurde keine Liegen nach draußen gebracht, somit musste man sich mit dem Pooltuch auf den nicht gemähten Rasen liegen.. sehr schade 」

「The highlight of this place is the amazing staff at the front desk-- genuinely friendly, with caring questions and good recommendations. Location a block from TI and just a few blocks from the train station is helpful. Pedestrian area is similarly close. 」
