8.6/10 Excellent! (904 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little small for all of our luggage, but that was not a problem for us, and I think this is quite normal for hotels in Paris. The bathroom was very clean, the towels were fresh, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent.
The staff was truly outstanding! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Even after we checked out, they kindly kept our luggage until it was time for us to leave for our departure. While we were waiting in the lobby, we asked if we could have some coffee and tea, and they were so kind to prepare them for us—even though we had already checked out. That level of hospitality really made us feel welcomed and cared for.
The hotel is also centrally located and very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Paris. There is even a restaurant directly across the street that offers room service to the hotel, which was very convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience. The cleanliness, location, excellent staff, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable amenities made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

8.2/10 Very Good! (1,543 reviews)
"This was perfect for our short stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic. Our youngest also really enjoyed the indoor play area. My only comment would be that the evening buffet was quite expensive for the selection that was actually on offer, but the food was of great quality and there ..."
