The staff was courteous but took an excessive amount of time to get checked in. We frequently stay at TI and this is our biggest complaint. The location is great! The rooms are a little tired. The fan makes noise, the plumbing is weak and the beds are a little worn. The casino is too smokey for us. If we gamble at TI we do so early in the morning, otherwise it is difficult to breathe. Most of the time we hop across the bridge to the Venetian or Wynn for a less smokey environment.

While the hot tub was frustratingly closed, this is more about Expedia than the hotel. Expedia promised no surprises at checkin - that the room rate they charged included all fees. Yet at check in we were charged over $260 ($100 of which was refundable) in hotel fees. Surprise! Knowing the tricks of Las Vegas hotels, I booked specifically through Expedia because of the promised (no surprises) rate. Not happy with Expedia.
