「Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks. Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. 」

「My husband and I had a really lovely stay at the Usk & Railway Inn, from the friendly greeting at check in, the clean, good sized and comfortable room, with a good complimentary tray of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries, to the superb evening meal (a fantastic Sunday roast), we had a wonderful nights sleep.
