Farmstay in Breckland District

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. Bathrooms were clean and had shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Check out was a different experience and the man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Did not use the restaurant or bar. I would stay again if in the area. Make sure you register your car at check in in the lobby. I had heard of people getting tickets. "

"Warm welcome : detailed information of site and what was on offer : plenty of parking : accommodation very comfortable, clean and warm, well equipped : site was quiet : we used the pool and jacuzzi : we also dined on site, tasty food, good value : good location for exploring the area : nice walks nearby : is built on cliff so has steep areas: would recommend. "

"Very comfy beds, breakfast is a bit chaotic but they said they were short staffed. Metal teapots could do with a better clean and soft drinks were a bit expensive. Staff were friendly, driving range was fun and we had full use of spa, pool and gym. Nice relaxing few days away.. recommend the Sugar Beat and Duke of Delhi if you want to eat off site. "

"Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless"
