「The check-in was easy to understand, staff were absolutely lovely and the room was clean + tidy, the size of the room was perfect for me and super comfortable - would go back again in the near future in my travels 」

Bizarrely, no soap at all. Plus despite a toaster and kettle, there was no cutlery, plates, cups, mugs or glasses. It smacks of being set for long term residents who would provide these items themselves. But I was a motel user, not a long term user. I need soap and a water glass, lol. Its a longish...
