「The hotel was in a great location right by the beautiful City Hall building. It was close to the bars and restaurants and the tourist information was nearby. We would stay there again.」

「Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel, em setembro 2019 e agora em setembro de 2025. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Todos as funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é bem arejado e a limpeza é impecável, feita diariamente, inclusive aos domingos. Tem a melhor localização de Jablonec nad Nisou, fica perto de tudo. A vista do nosso quarto era maravilhosa: parte histórica de Jablonec nad Nisou e as montanhas Jizera.」

「We love the pool area. We wish we discovered this when our son was a baby, he would have so much fun; moving forward, next time we come we will be coming again and discover more of wonderful Liberec.」

「The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau.」

「After sightseeing in Prague this place was the perfect spot to fully rest my tired body and mind. It was an enchanting experience that made me feel like nobility. The service was friendly and the room was clean and well-kept. However, I didn’t use the pool or sauna facilities as they didn’t seem to be well-maintained.」

「Das Personal war durchweg nett, vom Frühstücksservice über die Bar/Restaurant Mitarbeiter bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut auch das Restaurant kann ich empfehlen. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war alles da was man braucht, und sauber war es auch. Das Sport-/Freizeitangebot des Hotels ist wirklich super und hat uns auch an „Schlechtwettertagen“ gut unterhalten. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! 」

「Hotellet var fantastiskt vackert och personligt. Mycket fin miljö. Centralt läge. Bra restauranger i hotellet och i närheten. Hissen var tyvärr trasig. Vi fick parkering utanför hotellet. Åker gärna hit igen」
