Schönes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Toller Indoor Spielplatz , gutes Frühstück. Leider war das Wasser im Schwimmbad sehr kalt.

Great activities for kids all around. IQlandia is amazing as well! The food in the hotel is of an industrial level and bad quality. The rooms are very hot, you can not open any window and the AC is not working properly. The hotel is huge and not well indicated what is where. Can be a nightmare to find the pool or the restaurant. The reception is friendly and professional.

Hluk na pokoji, který jsem dostal hned vedle výtahu, chybějící resp žádný toal papír (!), velmi malý pokoj. Problém se snídaní, i přes ujištění recepce že je v ceně. Velmi složitá orientace v hotelu. Nedoporučuji vzhledem k mé zkušenosti.

3 star hotel attached to the crazy (but great for kids) Babylon water and theme park. In an ex industrial part of town but with buses to centre (10 minutes/24 CZK) or by taxi (100 CZK).

Frühstück ist gut aber völlig überlaufen. Viel zu viele Menschen für ein kleines Buffet. Das Bad ist auch völlig überlaufen. Und auf die Bowling Bahn kommt man überhaupt nicht. Alle Attraktionen können auch von Besuchern außerhalb des Hotels besucht werden und sind somit teils stark frequentiert.

Bad ist o. K. Sehr lautes Zimmer an einer sehr befahrenen Stassenkreuzung. Fensteroffen war wegen Auspuffgase und Lärm nicht möglich. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war ein Durchganszimmer ohne Fenster, Es war unzumutbar. Zimmerservice gab es erst einen Tag später aber nur nach Beanstandung beim Servicepersonal. Frühstücksraum war überfüllt, laut und das Büfett klein, Essenangebot übersichtlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Vor allem die durch die Zimmertür konnte man jedes auf dem Flur stattfindende Gespräch bestens mitverfolgen. Das Hotel bietet ein Schwimmbad und verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die allesamt im Keller liegen bzw. kein Tageslicht abbekommen. Für Kinder ein Paradies, als Eltern fühlten wir uns ehr wie in einem Gefängnis. Sobald man das Hotel auf Seite der Rezeption betritt riecht man direkt das am anderen Ende der Hotelanlage befindliche Chlorwasser des Schwimmbades.

Einmal ok, aber dann wars das auch

Wir haben uns vom Aufenthalt ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Aquapark im Babylon und IQLandia sind schon sehr interessant und machen Spaß. Lunapark ist so lala... Gastronomie ist an sich ok, allerdings nicht so das wir sagen würden es war eine Köstlichkeit. Zumal man auch bei allen gastronomischen Einrichtungen zum Abendessen reservieren muss, sonst bekommt man keinen freien Platz, da wie gesagt alle Tische bereits reserviert sind.

Das Hotel macht sauberen Eindruck. Essen is toll Service super. Einzig manko is das die Standard Zimmer alle an der Straßenseite sind und man kaum Zimmer verdunkeln kann. Strasenlärm is gewöhnungssache.... An sich jedoch tolles Hotel

Hi I booked from Expedia.co.uk with price reserved at £115 but had to pay in hotel £121.99 and I received wrong package. I ask for package to be change to one which I ordered but Lady in reception show me she is not happy with this- eventually she changed but not very good start of my stay. Breakfast very nice. Hotel very clean but deco dated for this price in Czech republic.
