"It was amazing. Just what I needed. I was given considerate assistance when it was needed & blissful privacy as much as I liked. Parking was great & could come & go easily at anytime without disturbing others. The foliage out the back garden with the birds morning & night was enough to pretend I wasn't just in a local city but really on holidays in a country setting. Appliances & amenities were good quality though slightly dated but then so am I so that just made it easy for me again!! Im smiling as I write this as I had 2 wonderful weeks of much needed peace & quiet & I cant think of anything that the establishment doesn't offer, whoever you are, you just cant beat the good old fashioned Best Western Motor Inn style of accomodation. With easy access to a choice of cuisines & entertainment next door & shopping up the road; & the staff were all so lovely; for me being a solo woman traveller; 10/10"
"Room clean but lots of bugs around. Outside sitting area unkept and unclean
Dining room under staffed
Breakfast good
Spa surrounded by dead flies and only half the jets working
Asked to use less towels etc but nowhere to hang them to dry properly … including spa towels .. and hand towels, bathers etc"
"Great location and very central to everything. A nice cafe on site with great food and really friendly staff. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though we didn’t have in-house housekeeping each day, they offered clean towels, pool towels, dishwashing liquid etc, so we never ran short. There was a great pool which was nice and warm with a cover over one end to protect you from the sun. All in all a great place to stay. Would be a 10/10 with just a little bit of extra maintenance here and there, eg little things like the sliding door to our apartment needs to be made a little easier to open and close."
"Trip was great and loved the room, only drawback is the exterior doors cannot be locked with a key and there are multiple ways to get outdoor. For child safety especially overnight we asked if they had keys but was advised no.
Otherwise amazing stay and loved the ammenities."
"We stayed two nights in a three-bedroom villa with two young kids and their grandparents. We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. The waterpark and the bigger pool were amazing, entertained our kids all the time, literally almost all day. We could spot some warrabies in the property, which was a good bonus. The breakfast buffet was also great, especially the egg kitchen. No salad at the time I stayed but a good variety of fresh juices and fruits.
Only my disappointment was that some tissues floated in the “adult only” pool, and it was not cleared on the next day also…"
