Was not like the one shown when booking, was very dated inside.
3 issues faced within the first 12hrs:
* Blocked toilet
* Tv was not working
* Dishwasher not draining/ full of water x2
All the above were resolved promptly. The dishwasher issue happened twice on the same day and so a replacement was fitted.
When the dishwasher was unblocked we asked for the floor to be cleaned, it was wiped with a dirty cloth so we ended up cleaning it ourselves.
Things to be aware of:
No safe, annoying coat hangers, not enough storage for international travellers or staying more than a long weekend, you need to log into WiFi every 12hrs.
Half the wall sockets were sporadic and not working, not one usb or usb-c present and no handles on any kitchen units.

Very polite, welcoming and friendly.
Always considerate of your needs and professional.
Main Pool/Hot Tub: - Score - 4/10
Not heated at all, not cleaned much and no shade for loungers. The hot tub never worked which is a shame.
Pool Bar: Score - 0/10
Was closed every day of our 10 day trip?
Lake access: - Score 4/10
Was not open much and was closed when we went, yet reception said it was open. All equipment locked away.
Pizza world - Score 8/10
Staff and service was very good and the subs made fresh to order.

Whoever is accountable for the properties needs to put money into updating them as they are very outdated, also the food trucks were never open."
