Extremely quiet. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was the best I’ve encountered. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had!

We had a great stay at the Fairview Inn in Jackson, MS! It is a perfect stop for a relaxing hotel, giving a feel of down south home at every point. From the greeting (and personal orientation/tour) by the staff upon check-in, enjoying specialty cocktails at the Library Bar, the clean and well decorated comforts in the suite, the family 24 hour (self serve snacks, water, coffee) kitchenette, the kind personal service.... we had nothing but a great experience. My husband and I travel A LOT. We absolutely loved the Residence Inn Pearl, Mississippi. We didn't expect much with the lower price range (all we ever ask for is clean and safe). This hotel was nicer than some upper four star hotels we've stayed in. I wish I got his name, but the gentleman who checked us in instantly become a friend. After traveling 13 hours, we arrived 3 hours prior to check in and our room wasn't ready. He made a quick call and had our room ready within 20 minutes. Every...

I liked that I felt safe. I liked that while I didn't do any shopping or eating in the area, there were plenty of places that I could have gone. I loved that at the end of our evening swim (on a Friday night), we were able to see the baseball team's fireworks.

It was a great room, comfortable and clean, but the only thing lacking was not having room service as an option. Since I didn't plan on cooking for myself, it would have been nice to have that option available.

We went for our granddaughter's graduation from Jackson Medical School of dentistry. Her awards dinner was held at the Westin, and we stayed there for convenience. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel did not have any record of my reservation, made thru Expedia, although the funds had already been released from my bank account. The clerk was very professional. She found me a room, and threw in 3 breakfast vouchers because of the mix up and having to wait. Great customer service.
